Faint positive 6 weeks after abortion

Please don’t be mean guys. I’m concerned. So 6 weeks ago I had an abortion medically. I know that I passed the pregnancy because I went back to the dr after 4 weeks and they did an ultrasound and I had successfully passed it. Well yesterday I took a pregnancy test and it came up with a faint positive. Yes I Have been sexually active. Could I be pregnant again? Or is it just hormones showing up from the last pregnancy. I don’t think I’ve had my period but I could of had it at the ending of my abortion cuz I did bleed for a long time. I guess it could of been my period. Idk I just need some advice and I don’t need people to be mean. There were medical reasons for why I had the abortion so please be kind.
