Napping after 5pm?
What’s everyone doing about naps in the evening? My one month old naps well and we follow an eat, play, sleep schedule every 3ish hours. But should I be changing anything leading up to bedtime? Shorter naps after a certain time? I also worry if I make the awake time too long leading up to bedtime, then he’ll get overtired and bedtime will be a challenge.
