Cold rag and rub on baby gums ,thus always worked for my daughter.

Once baby has had carrots give them a peeled carrot straight from the fridge!! (The full size and with super vision of course)
Celery frozen works too, frozen/cold wet rag, teething rings, lots of cuddles
