Where do you keep your drying rack for clothes?

I have our drying rack in the laundry room which is right off of the garage. I am so tired of having it in there because it’s a narrow space. Our bedroom closet is massive. It’s literally the size of a bedroom. Is it weird to put our drying rack in the closet? My parents always kept theirs in the laundry area.

You may want to add a fan in there if you do that. I have a “closet room” which is a spare bedroom where we keep our dirty laundry then my clothes that don’t fit in my dresser but just closed off from the cats. When I hang stuff up there -which is where I hang dry anything-the room gets very damp so I run a standing fan until everything is dry. Our laundry room is in the basement and isn’t finished so I wouldn’t want my clothes having that basement smell lol but anyway if you do Then put a fan in there

Ours is in the dining room 🤷 laundry is in the basement but I bring things upstairs and then hang up anything that needs to hang dry. When not in use I tuck the rack behind a shelf. The dining room is the easiest space that my toddler can't get to.
