High risk

I had a miscarriage with my daughter at 19 weeks one year ago. I just found out a few days ago that I’m pregnant again🙏🏼🌈. I’m around 4 weeks and a few days. I called today to schedule my dr app which is Jan. 14th. I’ll be around 6 weeks and a few days. I’ve read other women’s experiences and they seem to be going to the dr around the same time even being high risk. So is that normal? Or did anyone see a dr sooner being high risk ? It’s only 2 weeks so it seems fine with me but a friend is making me worry lol.
