Did your S/O get to go to the first ultrasound?

Nobody called me to verify and someone said he probably couldn’t go due to covid. We had losses and yes we had one successful rainbow baby that we are so thankful for. But we both are vaccinated both have boosters both stay careful and safe. I just want him there because this is our second and first time trying so I’m just so nervous and anxious I almost want to make them let me have him in there event if it’s just for a moment

My husband wasn’t with me since his work schedule changed a week ago and my midwife will be on vacation soon. So my sister ended up going with me in his place. Only 1 guest is allowed at my office.

My appointment is January 18 and I was told my husband could come in at the end of the appointment. This was the same last year for my son.

I hate that my doctors office still doesn’t let anyone else with you. It makes me furious. Last year I had to go through finding out we lost our baby without him in the room. I am pregnant with our rainbow baby now and I’m sure that my husband still won’t be able to come to any appointments. It’s very frustrating! 😩😭

My husband was with me with our first but that was also pre covid. Numbers are going crazy here so I'm not sure he'll be allowed this time around 😔
We paid for an early private scan which he could be a part of though.

The ultrasound appointment is the only thing he is allowed to go to but I’ll take it because our 1st was when covid 1st started and he couldn’t come at all. They did let me FaceTime him though.

I'm 8 weeks with my first and my first ultrasound was December 23 and my partner was able to come in with me

My drs office is actually reasonable and allows another person for any and every visit.  Unfortunately my husband couldnt come to the first ultrasound bc we didnt have anyone to watch our other children
