What do your feeding/napping/bedtime schedules look like?

No matter what my LO is still waking up every few hours and is so hard to put back down?? Whole ordeal is like an hour each time. Anyone else in the same boat? Anyone have advice/ etc?

Wakes around 7, naps around 9 for 25-30 minutes, naps again around noon for another 25-30 minutes, and again around 3:30 - I wear him for his last nap or he won’t take it. 
I offer my breast throughout the day. 3 meals throughout the day, now that he’s doing solids. 
Bed by 7pm.

Our baby wakes up around 5:30-6:30 (early wake up works well for us because he has to go to daycare at 7am some days). 
We have a pretty flexible schedule for naps… we keep him up for 2-2.5 hours at a time. He naps for anywhere from 30 min to an hour at a time. Usually 3 naps a day but sometimes he doesn’t get that last nap on daycare days🤪 
He goes to bed around 6-6:30 and sleeps through the night. We did recently sleep train which helped eliminate unnecessary wakeups, but he’s always naturally been a pretty good night time sleeper and hasn’t required night time feedings for quite awhile

Mine still wakes up every 1.5-2 hours a night after her first good stretch. Crib naps are usually 20-30 mins with a long contact nap in the afternoon

I think the way I look at it is sometimes as adults we wake up and we are hungry or we just can’t fall back asleep. While my little one doesn’t wake up to eat he does Alex up a bit throughout the night and just talks to himself. It’s never enough for us to have to go into his room but I watch the monitor and see him playing with his hands all the time aha.
