How to conceive after having a tube removed?

I lost a Fallopian tube due to an ectopic pregnancy in July and have been trying to conceive ever since with no luck. Aunt Flo showed her face yesterday which was the worst Christmas present. 
I do understand the body needs time to heal but I'm just wondering how long it took to conceive for anyone else who might have experience an ectopic pregnancy and had a tube removed?

My 1st ectopic was Dec 2016 in right tube. Treated with methotrexate and tube saved. Fell pregnant 3 months later and had a wee boy.
2nd ectopic was Dec 2019 on right time again. This time had it removed. Fell pregnant Feb 2020 and lost it. Fell pregnant 2 weeks later and lost it. Took a 1 month break then tried again and fell pregnant May 2020. My wee girl is now 10 months old x

Did they confirm that your other tube is ok following the surgery? I had my ectopic pregnancy and right tube removed 3 days ago and they found adhesions on my left tube which are causing it to be blocked. They removed what they could but there’s still lots there which the nurse said will probably cause fertility problems. They said if I don’t fall pregnant within 6 months I need to be referred to a fertility clinic to look into other options/ IVF. We’ve already been ttc for 3 years so we’re going to try and be seen a lot quicker as we’re not prepared to wait another 6 months when we want a baby so bad. This ectopic has been the most awful time of my life, however it’s also given us some answers which we’re taking away as a positive 🤍🤍

For me 11 months after but i would say the first time I tried because for the 11 months after my surgery I used protection and the 1 month I didn’t use I got pregnant I’m now 6weeks 6 days

I have the same exact question as I just lost my right tube a month ago .. How much time do we actually need to get back together ? Doctor told us, we need to wait for 3 mens cycles. Hows your progress ?
