Covid in Toddler

Does anyone have any experience with their toddler and Covid? My sister in law just tested postive in covid test and has been babysitting my daughter. She's asymptotic, vaccinated, and had her booster already. I have been breastfeeding my daughter and was also vaccinated.

What were some symptoms you saw in your little one. What should I be monitoring? Or should I just get her tested?

I guess I'm a little shocked at the news. Any advice helps.
