Single to double stroller

Question

So to save money I bought a use britax stroller on fb  loved it but know I need a double stroller since I'll have 2 kiddos 13 months apart 🤭🤭🤭
I did find another one online fb market the evenflo pivot xpand modular travel system. One seat was brand new so I thought it was a great deal. But turns out the seat is all wobbly and I have a hard time taking off the seats. 
Soooo I'm looking for a good stroller. Any recommendations?

This is super cheap I think with a discount it was under 100.00. My graco baby carseat fits. I can use it with or without the carseat. Also it adjusts to take out a seat and make it a stand and ride too. Honestly it saves me having to carry stuff too and from parks and having the ability to place both of them in. The cost is what really sold me as double strollers are spendy. Only downside is the cupholder is tiny lol.

I love my bugaboo donkey. I have the donkey2 and I’m obsessed with it. The push is amazing, and I love how you can face the seats either forward or parent. It also comes with a bassinet option, which is great if you have a toddler and infant.
