Words of encouragement from realtors pleaseeee

Ugh when is this market going to calm down?!?! I wanted to buy my first house soon (FHA) but I feel so torn because although rates are low, I dont wanna be stuck in an overpriced house that I dont really like.... will it ever crash??? Its worth it to wait it out, right? I feel so discouraged about it all and could really use some info from realtors. I'm still renting right now and it's a damn mess out here... rents overpriced. Houses are overpriced. It just feel like it's a fairytale to buy a house with this much of a frenzy
