Breastfeeding - different for each pregnancy?

When I had my son almost 12 years ago, I was only able to feed for about a month due to short supply. I'll need to start thinking about buying supplies soon and am in two minds about bottles etc. I want to try breastfeeding again but am not sure if I will have the same issue with low supply this time around. Has anyone else experienced low supply for their first then gone on to breastfeed subsequent babies?

We plan to breast and bottle feed with breast milk. Also fully prepared that we may have to supplement formula since we are having twins.

Me! 🙋🏻‍♀️ I struggled to nurse my 1st baby and had to supplement with formula.  The 2nd kid was easier, my 3rd I had an over supply, who knows with #4 on the way!  But yes, it got easier on my body with each baby.

When you were breastfeeding first did you pump or supplement at all? I have not had this issue but I'm also a stay at home mom that didnt have to pump or supplement altho I did personally pump in the begining to have a stash for a rainy day. I just always put my baby to my breasts let them use me as a pacifier etc slept with them right near my bed in a safety bassinet n nursed on demand didnt have problems. I would think even if last time didnt work out this time could! But I'm not positive

I personally tend to go backwards on breastfeeding with each kid. 😞 they haven’t been able to explain it exactly but I’ve been told I have “insufficient tissue.” 
Ideally the more you stimulate feeding, the more you should make. I do a every two hour pumping schedule. Feed the baby then pump. There are power pumping tips, supplements, and so on that help some people produce.
