Pregnant after 6 week miscarriage

Hi everyone. I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks back in august and I've just found out I'm pregnant again. For anyone this happened to did you have bloods or scans early on for your second pregnancy to check things or do the NHS just treat it like the first pregnancy
