Running conflicts
Hey guys!
I need tips on being able to continue my run. I can do it, but I get bored. I need my mind to stay busy (music does help me, but not to the point it prevents me from getting bored. I enjoy running, I would just like to be able to finish my whole run without getting bored and side stitches which cause me to stop and go multiple times. I notice im fine when I don’t think about my running pace, but I do not want to lose my speed I had since I did cross country.
