Took Sudafed for a week during first trimester ;(
Anyone else accidentally take Sudafed during their first trimester and had a healthy baby? I didn’t realize I shouldn’t and now I’m freaking out. My doctor said I was at a low risk for birth defects but I can’t help worry and feel guilty. :(
