Most important baby items?

Question

What would be things I need and don’t need? I have a list of what I wanna get but don’t want too if I end up not needing or even liking it.
There’s a bottle warmer/sterilizer at Walmart for like 16$ it’s parent choice. Heard those ain’t all that needed but it is cheap. 
Pack and play
Car seat
Sit me up
Swing
Activity center
Bouncer/ rocker
Bassinet
Diaper genie
Play mat
(Also I know I for sure need a car seat and place to sleep for the baby)
Would there be anything else I need or should have for the baby?

i would save the sit me up for the later months, specifically when your babe can hold themselves up really good. it’s pretty bad for development to have them in one before 3-4 months. i’d purchase that later on!

We used our bottle warmer a lot, especially when using our freezer stash of milk after our kids weaned. A lot on your list we used. We had a combo pack and play / bassinet, which was awesome and lasted longer than a regular bassinet (they are so small and babies grow so fast). Our grow with me high chair has been awesome too. Our 3 year old currently uses the booster and our 1 year old is in the chair part lowered so she’s sitting at the table with us. 
What we were gifted and never used: wipes warmer and suction style dishes

You dont need pack n play and bassinet, most pnp's have one built in. 
Swing would be my next extra.
I never had a bottle warmer.
Muslin blankets and receiving blankets are helpful.
A cheap infant tub.
I never had sit me ups or activity center things. I used a yoga mat for tummy time.
