Produce more when I pump less
I am 10 wks pp. when I pump more than 5-6x/ day I make about 3-4 oz more than when I pump 6+ times a day. Anyone else experience this? It’s been pretty consistent. I’ve always been told to pump every 2-3 hrs but usually stick to about 4-5 hrs because I also have a 2 yr old and occasionally watch a friends 8 month old twins so it gets pretty hectic. But I always get in at least 5-6 pumps and one being motn.
