bumps in and around vagina?

I’ve noticed a few weeks ago that in the skin along my vagina lips there are small hard bumps beneath the service. They aren’t painful or anything but it still worries me. There are probably 6-7 of them. You can’t see them by just looking down there, i’ve only noticed them by feeling around. Today as I was checking the strings of my IUD i noticed there is a hard small lump on the tip of my cervix also. It’s not painful either. I don’t think it’s the iud coming out bc the stings seem fine. does anybody know what these could be or have had them before??
