Mastitis ?

I am currently 1 year & 2 months bf. she’s kind of weaning off a little bit now and I feel a clogged duct right beside my nipple. I’ve spent hours trying to get it out and no luck. This has happened several times already and usually clears up within 2-3 days. But the whole time I’m feeling super fatigue, chills, super run down. Flu like symptoms all like the symptoms of mastitis. The spot isn’t red, but very tender and it hurts. does this necessarily mean mastitis? I’ve gotten several clogged ducts during my bf journey and it usually always takes a few days to clear up but I feel extremely horrible until it unclogs and I’ll feel fine but I’ve never taken antibiotics for it, Is that mastitis do I need to consult my dr?
