What is your wash routine?

Hi y’all! I’m new with cloth diapers. Just got some for Christmas and don’t know what I’m doing. Lol. I have a almost one year old and one due in April. Just wondering how y’all do your wash routine and what works best for you. I want to switch over to mostly cloth soon but am lost on how. Don’t want to start till I know for sure what to do. 😬😁

Answer

Wash with arm and hammer (avoid dreft) on med temp, high agitation. Avoid hot cycle as it can wear out covers. Do a second wash that is just a rinse again on med temp and high agitation. 
For poopy diapers I use a toilet sprayer or I have a sprayer on my utility sink depending on amt of solids. This is done immediately after changing and set aside in a tub until laundry time.
I wash every other evening.
