Does taking temp for ovulation work best?

I am currently 13 month into ttc and I’m really struggling, I’m doing opks every month which I do get a peak but I have pcos and I know I don’t always ovulate, been pregnant once and miss carried, just looking for some advice in temping as I haven’t done this before.! Xx

Yes! I am a HUGE advocate for temping. I actually found out something was terribly wrong by temping. Tried for 2 years and over 3 docs blew me off. I knew something was wrong the way my temp would drop and my period would come early. I was diagnosed with Uterine Cancer last year. 
Fertility friend is away better at perdition and bbt and it’s the only one I pay for.
