Swelling - at 20weeks!? Stiffness and aches too 😬

Hey, 
Has anyone else developed quiet bad swelling in their feet and legs  I'm 20weeks tomorrow.
Also has anyone else had really stiff joints and body aches, especially after sitting for too long? 😬 (not covid! 😂)
Trying to work out what's normal and not!

I don't have swelling but I get the stiffness in my muscles every pregnancy (on my third). Especially in my legs!

With my first I was swelling bad and was prescribed compression stockings around 12 weeks. I’m having some swelling this pregnancy, but just trying to stay hydrated and put my feet up when possible. I’m on my feet all day at work, so I swole before being pregnant as well

I’ve had quite bad swelling in my ankles for a few weeks and I’m 23 weeks tomorrow. I’m in Australia and the heat and humidity definitely seem to effect it! Yesterday was quite a hot day so by the evening I was pretty sore and upset about it all! I’ve been told compression socks, resting and putting my feet above my heart are pretty much the only things that might help, but haven’t had chance to talk to my OB about it yet.
I also have been getting sciatica for probably about a month now, and some aches and pains which I think are tied in with that. I did get sciatica before being pregnant so keep being told I’m just unfortunate to have it so early! Again just resting and compression socks.
I’d recommend having a bit of a google (but not too much!) Swelling aches and pains are all pretty normal but if it comes in suddenly or is accompanied by other things such as high blood pressure you should tell your OB or midwife. Always best to tell them anyway!
