sudden cramping on left side

hi! i could use a little guidance

i have an iud as contraception (it’s been about 3-4 years)

but last night while at a nye party,

i felt a strong cramping sensation on my left side.

from then on, my said left side hasn’t been cramping per say but generally feels odd when i sit up or move in a specific undefined way. u can see my “v” line very prominently and i have been eating hellaciously.

prior to this

about a week and some change ago

i noticed a pink discharge that turned brown very quickly that lasted a week

however

i had no period like symptoms until now

my breasts are tender and were kinda itchy as of 2 days ago and has been sticking around??
