Does anyone use pregmate ovulation a tests? I don’t want to miss my peak, but if I test throughout the day wouldn’t the tests not be accurate due to diluted urine? I would usually test with just first morning urine but I was told otherwise.

LH is detected in your blood, then need to be in your system for a few hours to be detected in your urine. Once you get a positive ovulation test you should ovulate 12-24 hours later. 
First time using pregmate. I’ve read reviews of women who got their positive. They say once you get a positive the test  line will show up before the control line, and it will be the same if not darker than the control line. I’m today was my first time experiencing that. My test line showed up first.

My urine is always diluted and I still get my positive opk. You have to test multiple times a day btw 10am-8pm.

Don't use FMU. Test at around 11am-12 pm after a 2-4 hour hold & again at around 7-8 pm with a hold.
