First cycle using ava! Need some help
Today I synced and my temp for last night was 94.50 the day prior it was 96.22 I also got a peak opk yesterday and assumed with the spike in temp I was ovulating.
Did I ovulate? Why did it dip?
What should I be looking for?
( super irritated that on the 30th no data synced bc of their firmware issues )
