FTM and looking into getting one for after baby. Any recommendations please

My friend has a c-section and her hospital gave her a few of these generic white ones. She passed one onto me and I also had purchased the belly bandit. The hospital one was sooo much better and for what it’s worth I gained 40 lbs with each of my pregnancies and lost it all and was in a bikini 8 months PP without any major effort. I really think it helped.  I bought one on Amazon this time that appears to be the same one, here is the link:

Ive heard to start with compression legging or underwear or similar pieces and avoid ones that are Velcro as they can cause prolapse

I found them all incredibly uncomfortable. The ones I tried all bunched and slid. I just stuck with compression leggings and that worked well for tummy support
