Marriage question
Hi! I have a question about getting married. I am 21 and my fiancé is 20. We live in Kentucky, but are planning to get married at the beach in gulf shores, al! My question is, would we get our marriage certificate here in ky or in Alabama? I don’t have anyone to ask in our families. Also, do we have to have an ordained minister if we get a marriage license beforehand? Thanks so much.
