CrossFit while pregnant?
So I’ve been doing CrossFit 5 days a week for about 6 months, took a break over the winter break due to Covid, just found out I’m 6 weeks pregnant. I don’t know what I should do, should I continue my same program? I also do aerial silks, and will probably have to give that up for a while. I have a history of miscarriage so I want to be careful, but I also have a history of struggling with my weight so I want to keep exercising. I have seen some very pregnant women continuing their CrossFit programs but I never paid attention to if they were still lifting weights or if they were just doing the cardio. Anyone have any advice/experience with this?
