BBT help? Please?

Question

Okay so don’t mind the days at all because I had my nexplanon on until December 22th
I’ve been reading a lot about bbt and I SWEAR every single day I understand LESS!!!
I had really really really stretchy egg white CM on days 30 and 31.
What the hell is happening in my body??

This is my chart from a couple months ago using the fertility friend app (better than glow at temps)
Here you can see I ovulated on cd18 because there is a significant temp rise on cd19 and my temps stay elevated for at least three days. Prior to cd18 (before ovulation) my temps are low. 
A general rule of thumb is to look for 3 temps higher than the previous 6 temps. In this case the 3 high temps would be cd19, 20, 21 and the 6 low temps would be cd18, 17, 16, probably 15, 14, 13
Not every chart is this clear though, especially if you have very long and abnormal cycles

Here’s the update. So I dismissed the temperature of day 1 since I measured too late (at 1 pm, normally I measured at 9 am) so I THINK yesterday was the temperature dip???
That would mean I ovulated day 5 but I didn’t BD enough…
But the thing is, my CM doesn’t match the temps??

Consider this practice and start again on cd1 when your next period starts, you really need a full month of data. 
You first need a bbt thermometer with 4 digits (not just 3). You need to take temps every morning, same time, before moving really. There’s guides on glow to read more. 
You “should” see low temperatures until you ovulate. Rule of thumb is that you’re looking for three high temps compared to the previous six temps. The temps will stay high post ovulation and trend back down when you’re period is coming. They’re more likely to stay elevated if you’re pregnant but everyone is different so that’s not a guarantee. 
Temps are greatly affected by change of time when taking, stress, poor sleep, alcohol, illness, etc. so you’ll want to note if anything like that is happening. 
Finally, Use the fertility friend app, it’s better for charting temps.
