FTM needing advice! Is this BABY ACNE?

Hey guys just wondering if this looked like acne? I asked my mom and she said it looks maybe like an allergy rash? It’s gotten a little worse the last two days? I think it’s acne though? Opinions/ ways to cure it?

It's baby acne, my son had it and it was going down the whole body as well. The paediatric nurse said it was normal. I eventually used coconut oil for babies for him and it cleared

Acne, and just time will help. It’s hormonal, and it’ll go away on its own.

My children's baby acne was never on their body. Only their face. That's the only reason I'm suspecious.
