Hi All,

I stopped taking the combined birth control pill (Tri Sprintec) at the end of September, so I have officially been off for three months. My periods have been regular, and I’ve been experiencing hair loss, and kind of bad acne on my chest and back. This week though, my anxiety has been the worst it’s ever been, and it’s starting to freak me out. Like my heart feels likes it’s beating faster than normal, and I’ve just been worrying about a lot of stuff out of nowhere. Is this normal? 3 months after stopping the pill? When will I feel back to normal? Thanks!!
