Almond is the best alternative to normal dairy. I'd like to try pea milk.

I personally drink only raw cow or goat. my little one is lactose sensitive or intolerant( not sure to what degree he can't handle it yet . We will try to find out as he gets older) His dad and uncles were  lactose intolerant but out grew it. (Didn't know that was possible but apparently it is). I was and still am  lactose sensitive ( I get extream stomach pain and my stomach turns rock hard for a few hrs if I drink pasteurized/homogenized milk but raw milk is fine.  I need the naturally occurring enzyme that help break down and digest lactose.

I prefer not to drink fake milks because they are often filled with pesticides and fillers which are super inflammatory. We drink organic grass fed homo milk 😊

I love almond milk but they are so bad for the environment. To grow one almond requires a gallon or more of water. I like all the milk listed. I don't buy soy milk often though as we try and limit soy

Obviously soy milk. Very underrated milk. Of the nondairy milks, it tastes the best and has the most protein and vitamins.

I used to like almond milk I stop drinking it ( I don’t know why) then 3 years later when I went back on it and I find too sweet now.
