Is this okay to use?

FTM here so no judging it might be a dumb question but can I use the  Vicks Warm Steam Vaporizer Humidifier for my 1 month old who has a cold?? Or do I need a different humidifier for my baby? What else can I do for my baby besides humidifier, and saline water for her cold? Thanks in advance ladies.

Just be careful with how warm the room is, if you're child already has a fever it's best to use a cool mist because these turn the room into a sauna if the door is closed.
I learned this lesson the hard way and my daughter had a febrile seizure.

They prefer cold mist ones to be used with little ones instead of steam. I am going through that same issue right now as well. Hang in there momma ❤️

It should be okay to use but make sure you don’t add the suppressant or the pads that go with the vaporizer since it’s not safe for newborns.
