Need help finding baby a replacement formula due to cows milk protein allergy

She does not like Nutramigen or Alimentum I do breast-feed however I need to supplement at times due to personal reasons that include having two toddlers I have purchased Gerber good start plant-based soy but I am unsure if that is OK to use please any help from mamas that are in the same situation would be awesome
