When to tell people ?

I just took several home tests this week and they are all positive ! Yayy!! I haven’t seen my doctor yet. And won’t be able to until the end of this month. I am dying to tell my sister. Should I tell her before seeing the doctor ? I plan on telling my parents after I get the first sono but I really wanna tell my sister soon. Also, how far along so you recommend telling immediate family such as aunts and uncles ( we are all very close )

I didn’t tell family until 8 weeks. I wanted to wait longer  and wish I could have.

I'm almost 11 weeks and the only people that know are our mothers and my sister in law because she is pregnant too due a month after me. I plan on announcing to everyone else after the gender scan at 20 weeks if I can hide/wait that long
