Which is your favorite type of cloth diaper and why?

Vvvvvv new to this world! I explored it some while pregnant with my first but didn’t follow through. I’m pregnant with #2 and am looking for a way to reduce whole diaper waste. But im so confused on the types! Is there a bette option for those new to cloth diapering? Help me! I don’t want to get discouraged this go round. 😂

I think pockets are a happy middle ground on ease of use, ease of washing, and affordability 🙂
(I personally use prefolds and covers-- harder to use, but easier to wash.)

Loved prefolds with a cover for newborn stage. They fit best around my baby’s skinny legs. Also anytime we used disposable we would put a cover over and it would contain all blowouts. When I started using one size pockets I used the prefolds as inserts. Pockets are my favorite overall but after baby was a few months.

Flats, prefolds and covers. Least expensive and easy to use once you get the hang of it. More customizable to put absorbency where baby needs it.

I use pockets and only pockets. I love them. 😆 I did use prefolds and covers when he was tiny tiny.

100% bamboo fitted nappies with wraps. Super absorbent, great containment, easy to fit as both nappy and wrap just do up like a disposable - means nursery get it right every time too!
We have one 2y3m and one 4m, both in fitteds and wraps since birth. We have NEVER had a leak in that whole time, day or night xx
