**I shortened my post for those confused**

Bored of my routine, any new exercises I can add or try ?

Ones I do now that are effective for me are:

Hip thrust

Abduction

Romanian deadlifts

Sumo deadlift

Donkey kicks

I normally have like an hour and a half to workout so I try to keep them as short but effective as possible.

Also please don't say back squats lol those are not a booty DOMINANT workout...

**Update lol* yes glutes are one of the MANY muscle groups targeted in BACK squats but don't grow glutes please don't get salty about it. They're quad dominant. If you alter the squat so that your glutes are now the main group targeted then sure but then that's no longer a back squat it's a sumo squat. There's a difference between both.
