FTM is this normal?

My baby boy is 4 weeks 3 days and I combination feed him both breastmilk and formula. Over the past few days I’ve been getting significantly less breastmilk and he’s been eating more formula. He has gone from 4-5 poopy diapers a day to 1. Is this cause for a doctors visit ?

Supplementing with formula will decrease supply. And he needs to be pace fed. 3.5-4oz every 2hrs is too much. Needs to be 1-1.25oz per hour. 
If you want to continue to breastfeed then you need to keep baby at breast and not worry about formula. Cluster feeding is real and normal, and supplementing should be avoiding during this time.

Power pumping can help keep your supply up. Also, everyone is different and there is no shame in supplementing with formula. You're doing a wonderful job.

I had the same problem and currently working on my supply. What has helped me is the drinks body armor, lactation cookies, oatmeal, and mothers milk tea. It's normal for formula fed babies to poop less frequently then breastfed babies. Make sure your eating and taking in a lot of water that will help too

I'm guessing baby is trying to cluster feed. And it's way easier to drink from a bottle than to nurse. 
Is there a reason for the formula? A growth spurt is baby's way to up your supply, giving bottles of formula makes you produce less.
