Help!? Confused?

So I found out I was pregnant on December 27 and the lines were super dark. According to my app my last period was November 17 and that would put me around eight weeks but I went to a Planned Parenthood last Thursday and they couldn’t find a baby but found a sack that was measuring five weeks two days so I called my OB freaking out I went and did my hCG levels and they are really high and they keep getting higher so why would they not see a baby?

They found a sac, and you're early on only 5 weeks. It's very very normal to only have a sac seen at 5 weeks myself included had this happen with BOTH of my pregnancies because I just caught them earlier. And went back a little over a week later to see a heartbeat and a yolk sac. Now am almost 16 weeks and baby is perfectly healthy.

Update!!!!! It’s a tiny tiny little thing measuring 5 weeks 6 days. It is stubborn and most of the ultrasound was hiding the lady even made a comment that she was gonna have to send me to a special test to see if there was even a Baby in there and then about the last 15 minutes decided it was going to show itself and show us its heartbeat which was 117💕💕💕

It sounds like a missed miscarriage if your supposed to be 8 weeks but only measuring 5. I’m sorry for your loss
