Hi all, my LO is 3mths old (exclusively BF) and I have noticed that over the few weeks he is feeding less / recently flat out refusing the breast sometimes. I got my period 😫 about 3 days ago and I suspect that his change in feeding is related to hormones (least sounds like it from what I’ve read). I’ve also noticed my breasts are soft and don’t get as engorged like they did before Xmas. He’s napping less which makes me worry that he’s hungry but as soon as I lay him to feed he is already crying and pushing me away. And when he does feed it might only be a couple of minutes.

I’ve booked in to see the lactation nurse next week but I’m just wondering if I should try supplementing some formula so I know he’s not hungry.
