We have been STRUGGLING with the 4 month sleep regression over here for both naps and night sleep with my little man. Currently naps have only worked if I hold him the whole time and every nap I’ve attempted to put him down for has just led to endless screaming. This morning I put him down and after 5 minutes he cried because he dropped his pacifier. I went and put it back in and he went right to sleep on his own and took his whole nap alone! His morning nap is usually short around 45 minutes but I’m still so proud of my little guy for falling asleep on his own and not from crying 🙌🏼
