Trouble conceiving after using an IUD?

Have any of you had issues conceiving after using an IUD? (Hormonal or copper)

I read some articles and testimonials recently talking about how OBs don’t tell you the risks of using them, and that they can cause scar tissue build up in your uterus from inflammation because of having something in there that doesn’t belong. Your uterus tries to protect itself from it by building scar tissue, and that the scar tissue can impact future fertility. Has anyone had any experience with this?
