IUD Coil

I have an IUD and have done for the past 3 years (it’s a 5 year IUD), I’ve had constant cramps for the past 5 months. I had an ultrasound in summer but they found nothing, the cramps are unbearable. What should I do? Every time I go to the doctor they just say it’s probably my period but I haven’t had a period since I first got the IUD. I’m kinda stumped
