Hard times!

Okay so, my boyfriend and I live together 3 kids (2) other father not involved so we take care of them all together as a team. Boyfriend isn’t working, I helped him get back 6800 plus++ last year for taxes letting in file our son, and he didn’t spend any of that money on me or the kids, he gave money to his mom and who knows what els.. he paid rent 1 time and the water bill that was it. I have been paying bills, it’s stressing me out, he doesn’t work, I have had income coming In but am not working at the moment. So rent was due, my check bounced, I had to go to a church to get assistance with the water bill being paid, his mom helped pay for the electric that I have to pay back now, and this man just sleeps. I get home there’s a note on the door from the landlord, and he told me pretty much to handle it. I feel like going to a shelter for help at this point, I have 3 kids, the power was shut off last week, the water got shut off, got them back in and he’s acting like I should pay everything, I’m afraid that when I file my taxes he’s gonna do the same he does to me every year, gets all nice treats me nice than when it’s all gone he starts calling me names and treating me bad and yelling at me about the bills aren’t paid and I’m messing with his credit
