How long after TTC did you get pregnant?

My husband and I are young (21 & 24) I would say we’re trying to get pregnant but we’ve talked about it. I just recently figured out my cycle and we had sex on all the days I was ovulating and had a high fertile window this month. How easy is it to get pregnant, like are the chances still pretty slim. I had a kid before I married him and would say I got pregnant fairly easy. Do you feel implantation? 6 days before my missed period and my boobs are kind of sore. That was my first symptom of pregnancy with my son, I took a test a day before my missed period with him and it was a big positive.
