Hello mammas how are you doing today?

My son got this little rash on his cheek just over two weeks ago or so. It doesn’t seem to bother him at all. It doesn’t itch and he doesn’t scratch it. During the day it fades away it is barely noticeable but only in the morning it shows more i think because he sleeps with a lovey and maybe that causes it since he loves to stuff his face lol

I have tried using penaten, coconut oil, nivea cream for baby, aquaphor and now I bought aveeno eczema for baby.

Im just wondering if you know what it is or what else I could use?
