8dpo and symptoms

I am 8dpo and my left nipple has been sore for the last couple days. I have been bloated. This morning I was flush and I have alot of creamy CM. I cramped in my sleep alittle the night of 7dpo. I know all of this could be PMS but I would love to hear others symptoms.
