TMI warning! Is this EWCM or semen?

We are ttc and my husband came in me two days ago. I am approaching my ovulation day and unsure if this is semen or EWCM. Also I have never had painful ovulation but with this one I had to leave work because my cramps were so bad. I had no appetite and chills with body aches. Has anyone else experienced this with ovulation?

Chills and body aches are typically side effects of a virus. That’s EWCM for sure. Seminal fluid isn’t near as stretchy and tends to break apart more easily and dry between the fingers more quickly.
