Does your baby sleep through the night?

Help! I can’t get more than two hours of sleep😭 my baby wakes up every two hours to feed still??? Sometimes three hours but very rarely.. anyone have some tips?

Make sure your little is eating/drinking enough during the day. At this age, if they're still waking up to eat, it's purely habitual and you'll have to stop caving. Be consistent in how you handle middle of the night wake ups. If you used any kind of sleep training method, use it again. Also make sure you're following an eat-play-sleep schedule so your little doesn't depend on food or milk to fall asleep. We give ours 3oz of cows milk as part of our sleep routine, but it's at the start of the routine.
