Is my little developmentally delayed

Hi all!! My little guy is 10 months and barely babels. He is crawling but not standing or pulling himself up to stand yet. He responds to his name but only sometimes. Admittedly, we may have used the tv as a crutch too often and I’m so worried he’s delayed because of that!! Any mama’s with experience that can relate? Praying I’m just a first time nervous mom
